Composição #3

Version 1.1 reuses the validated fixed-point Applesoft shape and rotation engine developed for Composições #1 and #2. Shape 2 is first accumulated at successive odd SCALE values with ROT=0. After a brief pause, the program sets ROT=16 and sweeps the same shape across the full screen with XDRAW, transforming the initial field before clearing and beginning another variation.

The implementation uses the original 529-byte COMPSHAPE table. Composite color, machine timing, and the Applesoft random sequence are modeled for the browser; the two phase durations have been calibrated against the supplied Virtual ][ recording. Version 1.1 adds phase-aware composite bridging so the alternating pixels produced by HCOLOR=2 appear as the continuous violet lines seen in Virtual ][, while preserving the original HGR memory and XDRAW behavior.
